- To streamline important community information, Board Members can see an overview of their association at a glance on the homepage of their portals! The overview includes charts for Budget Consumption, Bank Account Balances, Overdue Unpaid Charges, Service Requests, and Homeowner Portal Adoption.
- Board Members have access to live reporting data within the Homeowner Portal. You can access reports from your Home page or the Shared Documents page.

How much are your management fees per month?
As a locally owned company, we understand that each HOA has unique needs and requirements, which is why we create a personalized plan for each of our clients. -
What is included in the financial summary and how often are they provided to the board for review?
Our monthly financial reports consist of a Budget-to Actual Statement, Balance Sheet, Schedule of Accounts Receivable/Delinquent Accounts, Check Register, Schedule of Outstanding Bills, and Bank Reconciliation. -
Does your company assist in the facilitating of annual audits and tax preparation?
We will prepare annual tax returns and 1099’s at a one-time rate as well as assist with coordinating the annual audit if required by your community. -
What is your process for the collection of delinquent homeowner accounts?
Our procedure for handling overdue accounts includes reaching out to homeowners through various channels such as email, text messages, and phone calls, in accordance with the late fee and/or collection policy of the respective communities. For homeowners who haven't opted for electronic communication through our software, periodic statements are sent both electronically and via traditional mail. There are no supplementary charges imposed on the Association for collection activities. We strictly adhere to the collection policy of the communities and, as per that policy, refer accounts to legal counsel for additional collection efforts when necessary. -
What assessment payment options do you provide to owners?
We provide multiple assessment payment options to owners, including online payments through our Online Portal (e-check, credit card, or debit card), automatic ACH, and traditional mail-in payments. Our software charges processing fees for payments processed through the Online Portal; however, automatic ACH and mail-in payments are free.
