How can I pay my assessment fees?
You can make a one-time payment or schedule payments through the Vantaca Home app, Check, or Certified Funds. If you are going to mail in a check or certified funds, please mail your payment along with your payment coupon to your association name, c/o Kentuckiana Property Management, PO Box 87734, Carol Stream, IL 60188. Please be sure to include your address on the memo line on your payment. You will make your payment payable to your association.
As an alternative, you may also complete an ACH Form and we will automatically process your payment each month. -
I want to log in to my online account; I am not getting the email from the system when I request it?
To log in to your online portal account on Vantaca, we need to have an email address linked to your account. Once we have your email address on file, we will send you an activation email. Within the email, there will be a blue “Activate Now” button. You will need to select the blue button. Once you have selected the blue activate button, you will need to select a password of your choice. Once you put in your password, you are now logged in. -
How can I check if my HOA dues are current in my account?
You can view your payment history by logging into your Online Portal. -
Is there a fee to make a payment?
For your convenience, we provide multiple payment options, some via a third-party payment provider. Third-party payment provider options have small fees. -
My community just changed to Kentuckiana Property Management. How do I make my HOA payments?
If you have automatic payments through your community's former management company, or bill pay set up with your banking institution, you will need to cancel future payments and set up payments with Kentuckiana Property Management. Once you receive your transition documents from Kentuckiana Property Management, you will have the necessary information to make this change. -
Where do I get a copy of the governing documents for the association?
You can access your association’s documents any time by logging into your Online Portal. Once you have logged in, click on “Shared Documents” in the left-hand menu, then select the documents you want to view or print. -
How do I submit an architectural request and/or maintenance request?
All homeowners can submit architectural reviews and maintenance requests through their online portal. When a homeowner logs into their account, on the home page, they can select to submit an architectural review or request maintenance.
Architectural Review:- When a homeowner is submitting an architectural review, it will give them a brief description of all the information that they will need to submit. Homeowners can upload attachments and/or images.
- Once the review has been submitted, the information is sent to the manager to review that all the proper information is included.
- Once the manager has reviewed the information, they will send it to the Board of Directors for approval. The approval time frame varies depending on the Association’s Governing Documents.
- Once the Board of Directors has reviewed the request, the Property Manager will send notification to the homeowner about their request.
- When a homeowner is submitting a maintenance request, they will need to provide a description of what the maintenance request is. Homeowners can upload attachments and/or images.
- Once a homeowner has submitted the request, it then sends an email confirmation to the manager.
- Once the manager has received the information, they will log into the system to handle the maintenance request.
- Once the manager has handled the request the homeowner will receive notification that the item has been addressed.
- Each homeowner has a maintenance request log. This is where they can view any work orders that they have placed.

Where can I download the Vantaca Mobile App?
For Apple Products, download the iOS app from the app store. The app has a blue and greened outlined house symbol and titled "Vantaca Home". Click install. Login to Vantaca as you normally would on a desktop. For Android or Google products, use Google Play to download the application. -
